Identity and Address of the Data Controller
La Oveja Invita (hereinafter “The Controller”), located in the eastern region of Mexico City, is responsible for the collection, use, treatment, and protection of personal data gathered through this website and through digital invitations created for social, corporate, and faith-based events.


Personal Data Collected and Purposes
To fulfill the purposes described in this privacy notice, we will use the following personal data provided by users (hosts and guests):
• First and last names.
• Phone number and/or email address.
• Event logistics details (number of passes, table assignments, relationships, or group affiliations).
• Non-sensitive health information (allergies or dietary restrictions provided voluntarily).
• Dedication messages or congratulatory wishes for the honorees.

This data will be used exclusively for the following primary purposes:
Managing, organizing, and automating guest attendance management (RSVP) requested by the contracting client for their specific event.
Generating digital passes, access QR codes, or dynamic confirmation links.
Delivering the consolidated final attendance list solely and exclusively to the event organizer.


Refusal of Data Processing and Data Transfer
The Controller does not transfer personal data to commercial third parties or secondary businesses. Data collected through digital invitations is shared solely and confidentially with the client who contracted the service for the organizational purposes of their celebration.
Once the digital invitation’s active hosting period expires on our platform, all collected data will be permanently deleted from The Controller’s web servers.


ARCO Rights and Revocation of Consent
You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, what we use it for, and the terms of its usage (Access). You also have the right to request the correction of your personal information if it is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete (Rectification); to request its deletion from our records or databases when you consider it is not being used appropriately (Cancellation); and to object to the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition). These are known as ARCO Rights.
