We recommend booking your invitation at least one month before the date you plan to send it to your guests. Our most complex design and development process takes up to 2 weeks after receiving your complete information. This leaves you 2 open weeks to review details, run tests, and make it perfect before the big send-out.
Upon receiving your request with your preferred service, tier, or package, we will begin a 4-phase workflow:
1. Review: We validate your event details to confirm availability on our schedule in less than 2 business hours.
2. Confirmation: If approved, you will receive a notification via WhatsApp along with your customized payment link.
3. Activation: Once payment is received, we activate your order and send you an exclusive form to collect the copy, photos, and details for your event.
4. Delivery: You receive your digital invitation ready to share, complete with active hosting and technical support.
Once your event is approved, we will send your customized payment details via WhatsApp. We accept bank transfers (SPEI) with no extra fees, as well as Mercado Pago, Stripe, and PayPal (subject to each platform’s processing fee).
If you complete your payment within the first hour after receiving your quote and payment link, we will grant you an automatic 7% discount on the total cost of your service.
Absolutely! Each tier defines the maximum scope of your invitation, but if you don’t wish to include sections like the gift registry or Spotify playlist, we can easily disable them to keep your design as clean and minimalist as you envision it.
Note: Removing modules does not reduce the base price of the selected package.
Yes! There are two options: creating your invitation directly in your desired language, or duplicating it with tailored text adjustments (ensuring no elements overflow due to character length differences). This also includes adding a button so your guests can switch languages.
Yes! Before deploying the final version to the live server, we will send you a private preview link. This allows you to review the design, ensure all interactive buttons and maps function properly, and give us your final approval prior to delivery.
Yes. All of our listed prices already include applicable taxes. If you require a tax invoice, simply let us know when placing your order or via WhatsApp, and we will send your receipt at no extra charge.
Yes, a 35% rush fee applies to the total service cost for urgent requests. Rush service viability is subject to schedule availability and must be confirmed in writing.
Memorial invitations are exempt from rush fees due to their solemn nature. Delivery time for static, interactive, video, and animated formats is 3 to 12 business hours upon receiving photos and basic details. For web invitations, delivery is 12 to 24 business hours upon receiving materials.
After completing your payment, you have 24 hours to request a 100% refund (minus platform processing fees). Due to the custom nature of digital services, no refunds or returns will be issued once project work has begun, though date changes remain supported.
Before proceeding, we will review the project log together. If the error originated on LOI’s side, we will correct it immediately and gift you a complimentary upgrade or coupon for future services. If the error was present in the copy submitted after payment, don’t worry—late text corrections carry no additional fee, unless structural or design changes are required.
At La Oveja Invita, we protect our editorial direction and operational capacity; therefore, we reserve the right of admission for all projects. Each request is validated within 2 business hours before payment access is issued.
